Mit deutlichen Einflüssen aus Blues, Folk-Pop und Rock hat Laura Hoo über die Jahre in Berlin ihre eigene Stimme und ihren Stil gefunden und drückt dies auf Englisch, Schwedisch und Finnisch aus. Ihre Mission ist es, Wildfremde auf der Straße und auf Konzerten nur mit ihrer Stimme, Gitarre und Bühnenpräzenz zum Anhalten, Innehalten und Genießen zu veranlassen. Nach mehreren Jahren des Komponierens, Schreibens, Herumfeilens hat sie nun 6 Songs auf einer EP verewigt, alles in Eigenregie und alles in ihrem persönlichen Stil mit Ohrwurmgarantie noch dazu.

Laura Hoo is a singer-songwriter rooted in the rock and pop tradition with a knack of writing delicate and powerful songs, always focused and melodic, sometimes soaked into a raw, bluesy twilight with entertaining, thoughtful lyrics in many different languages.

Her show is a mix of beautifully crafted originals and fresh renderings of classic rock and pop tunes, all sang with a colorful voice and backed by musical guitar and ukulele playing.

With the mission to make people feel, she bears of all the stage presence to fill a stage with a solo show, be it on the street, music venues or festivals.
