Adam Barnes (GB)

Adam Barnes ist ein Singer/Songwriter aus Oxford. Seit seinem 17. Lebensjahr tritt Adam auf und bringt seine Musik in England, Europa und den USA unter die Leute. Sein Songwriting ist nach innen gekehrt und doch gut einzuordnen und ebbt und fließt durch seine Perfomance, ob nun als Mann mit Gitarre oder unterstützt durch ein Aufgebot von Instrumenten - seine Musik bleibt so fragil wie sie begann.

Sein Debutalbum “The Land, The Sea & Everything Lost Beneath” wurde 2014 mit Hilfe einer Crowdfunding-Kampagne veröffentlicht, ihm folgte im darauffolgenden Jahr die EP” One Day We’ll Be Fine”. Bei Spotify hat seine Musik die 5 Millionen-Abspiel-Marke geknackt, in England spielte er eine Reihe ausverkaufter Konzerte und stand als Support für Matt Simons, nathaniel Rateliff und William Fitzsimmons auf der Bühne. Mit seinem brandneuen Album kommt er nun erneut aufs Festland und auch zu uns in den Tonfink.

Adam Barnes is a singer songwriter based in Oxford, the city he grew up in. Adam has performed and toured from the age of 16 and extensively toured the UK, Europe and US. His songwriting is introspective whilst being relatable and ebbs and flows throughout its performance, whether it’s performing as a man with his guitar or supported by a crescendo of instruments his music remains as fragile as it began.

His debut album ‘The Land, The Sea & Everything Lost Beneath’ was released in 2014 with the help of a crowdfunding campaign, followed by his E.P ‘One Day We’ll Be Fine’ the year after. As it stands his music has accumulated over 5 million plays on Spotify, he has performed a run of sold out UK shows, and supported acts such as Matt Simons, Nathaniel Rateliff, and William Fitzsimmons. Adam will be returning to Europe to perform shows with brand new album for 2017.
