Mary May Love ist eine Singer/Songwriterin aus dem Norden Dänemarks - auch bekannt als Vendsyssel. Sie wuchs auf dem Land nahe der See auf, wo der Wind immer weht und der beste Freund eine muhenden Kuh ist. Viel Zeit verbrachte sie damit, sich hinter dem Klavier zu verstecken, singend und spielend, und während alle anderen ihr dauernd sagten, sie sollle doch mal eine Karriere als Muskerin in Angriff nehmen, träumte sie selbst davon nie.
Aber eines Tages begannen ihre eigenen Songs, sie dazu zu überreden und also tat sie es (mit beachtlichem Erfolg) und nun ist sie hier.
Ihre Shows sind gegenwärtig, liebenswert und unterhaltsam zur gleichen Zeit Ihr subtiler und charmanter Sinn für Humor ist in Kombination mit ihrer warmen Simme, die melodische Geschichten am Piano erzählt, ein Ohrenschmaus für jedes Publikum, das sich gern dazusetzen und hinwegtragen lassen mag.

Mary May Love is a Danish singer and songwriter from the North of Denmark - also known as Vendsyssel. She grew up on the countryside close to the sea, where the wind is always blowing and your closest friend is a mooing cow. She spent a lot of her time hiding behind a piano singing and playing and while everyone was always telling her to make a career out of her music, she never dreamt of that herself. She was trying to run away from that idea. Though one day her songs started catching up on her telling her to surrender – and so she did – and so here she is.
She released three solo albums. Melodies in 2011, Universe Alone in 2013 and One day I will be feeling fine again in 2014. The song 'Mystery' from her first album was played regularly for several months on one of the biggest national radio channels in Denmark. Her latest album got both 4/6 **** and 5/5 ***** from the reviewers.
Her shows are known to be no less than present, endearing and entertaining at the same time. Her subtle and charming sense of humor in combination with her warm voice telling her melodic stories by the piano is a sure winner with any audience who likes to sit down and be gently carried away. She's performed all over Denmark and also done shows internationally in the U.S., Austria, Belgium and Sweden.
