Seba Safe ist eines der interessantesten Songwriter-Talente von den Küsten Irlands. Nach dem Erfolg seiner Debüt-EP "Map Runner" hat er kürzlich einen weltweiten Plattenvertrag mit dem renommierten Indie-Label Nettwerk unterzeichnet.
Seba Safe schreibt offen und ehrlich über persönliche Beziehungen, Liebe, Verlust und Veränderung und verpackt seine treffenden Texte in einen Sound, der Pop, Folk, Dance und R'n'B vereint.
Seine Inspirationen reichen vom spärlichen Folk-Pop von Maggie Rodgers, Big Thief und Julien Baker bis hin zu den moderneren Produktionen von Dermot Kennedy und Lil Peep.
Mit einer künstlerischen Bandbreite, die ihn mit Æ MAK auf "I Dance In The Kitchen" zusammenarbeiten ließ, erhielt der Track viel Unterstützung von Radio und DSP und wurde von KEXP zum "Track Of The Day" ernannt.
Seba Safe hat sich mit seinen bisherigen Veröffentlichungen eine solide redaktionelle Unterstützung durch die DSP gesichert, eine Headline-Show in Dublin ausverkauft und bedeutende Airplay-Unterstützung von BBC 6 Music, RTE 2FM (einschließlich Record of the Week von Tracy Clifford), RTE Radio 1 und vielen anderen erhalten. Mit zwei EPs und einem Debütalbum am Horizont wird das Jahr 2023 ein Durchbruch für Seba Safe sein.

One of the most interesting song writing talents to emerge from Ireland’s shores is Seba Safe. Following on from the success of his debut Map Runner EP has recently signed a global record deal with renowned indie label Nettwerk.
Writing candidly and honestly on personal relationships, love, loss and change, Seba Safe’s pertinent lyrics are wrapped in a sound that combines Pop, Folk, Dance and R’n’B with inspirations spanning from the sparse folk pop of Maggie Rodgers, Big Thief and Julien Baker to the more modern production of Dermot Kennedy and Lil Peep.
With an artistic range that saw him collaborate with Æ MAK on ‘I Dance In The Kitchen’, the track saw heavy radio and DSP support including being named ‘Track Of The Day’ on KEXP.
Seba Safe has secured solid DSP editorial support across his releases to date, selling out a headline shows in Dublin, and garnering significant airplay support from BBC 6 Music, RTE 2FM (including Record of the Week from Tracy Clifford), RTE Radio 1 play-listing amongst many others. With two EP’s and a debut album on the horizon 2023 is set to be a breakthrough year for Seba Safe.
