Hinter dem Namen I WANT POETRY verbergen sich Sängerin/Songwriterin Tine von Bergen und Pianist/Komponist Till Moritz Moll. Mit seinem bilderstarken Signature-Mix aus atmosphärischem Dream Pop, kopfkinohaften Soundscapes und ätherisch-schwebenden Vocals entwickelte sich das 2018 gegründete Duo in kürzester Zeit vom Geheimtipp zur festen Größe innerhalb der deutschen Indietronica-Szene. I WANT POETRY arbeiten zusammen mit international renommierten Acts und Produzenten wie Kieron Menzies (Lana del Rey), Roy Kerr aka MyRiot (London Grammar, Aurora), Rob Rox (Banks) oder Michael Vajna (Malky). Sie waren bereits in mehreren Europäischen Ländern auf Tournee und im vergangenen Jahr u.a. zu Gast bei internationalen Festivals wie dem Future Echoes in Schweden und dem SPIKE Festival in Bulgarien.
Für ihr neues Album SOLACE + LIGHT wurden I WANT POETRY u.a. beim Wettbewerb Popmusik Sachsen ausgezeichnet und für die European Songwriting Awards nominiert. Es ist am 26. Mai 2023 erschienen auf CD, Vinyl und bei allen Streamingdiensten.

I WANT POETRY have worked with internationally renowned acts and producers such as Kieron Menzies (Lana del Rey), Roy Kerr aka MyRiot (London Grammar, Aurora), Rob Rox (Banks) or Michael Vajna (Malky). Having already toured in several European countries, this past year they have been guests at international festivals such as Future Echoes in Sweden and SPIKE Festival in Bulgaria, among others.
