Tim Lothar, Blues basierter Singer/Songwriter (Gitarre, Gesang), in Kanada aufgewachsen und als Drummer jahrzehntelang erfolgreich unterwegs, kommt wieder nach Deutschland.

Er hat in Clubs und auf Festivals in ganz Europa gespielt, war aber auch schon in Kanada und den USA unterwegs.
Seine eigenen Stücke berühren das Publikum und schaffen sofort eine besondere Nähe – und das von großen Bühnen genauso wie in Theatern oder auf Salonveranstaltungen. Er ist echt.
Seine sympathische Art, sein Werdegang, seine enorme Musikalität und die persönlichen Stücke faszinieren.
In der europäischen Blues-Szene nimmt er einen ganz eigenen Platz ein: Längst losgelöst vom originalen Blues ist er als Singer/Songwriter erfolgreich.

Born in Denmark, Tim started his musical career as a drummer. After 25 years behind his drum kit, he began developing his singing and taught himself to play acoustic guitar in order to explore classic American Delta Blues.
With an indisputable talent and great musical insight, Lothar began a whole new career as a solo performer, and very quickly issued his debut-CD, Cut To The Bone, in 2006. The CD received enthusiastic reviews at home and abroad. His 2008 release won the award "Best Danish Blues Album" at Danish Music Awards ( the danish Grammy). Later that year he was handed another major Danish award: "Blues Artist of the Year".
Tim's touring schedule increased, playing festivals and venues all over Europe.
On stage, his way of becoming “one with the music” keeps fascinating his growing audience. Not to mention gifted storytelling, an astonishing voice, amazing guitar skills, along with clever songwriting.
