Nach Abschluss seiner ersten Europa-Tournee mit Auftritten beim Edinburgh Fringe Festival veröffentlicht der Neuseeländer Tom Lee-Richards sein Folk- und Alternativ-Pop-Album "Out of the Oddness", welches er mit einer Tour durch Neuseeland, Australien und Europa feiert.

After finishing his 1st EU tour including shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival New Zealander Tom Lee-Richards is launching his Folk and Alternative Pop Album 'Out of the Oddness', celebrating with a NZ, AUS and EU tour.

Following Tom's last single 'Beside You' featured on BBC Introducing and MTV Upload of the week, the music video for the new 'Out of the Oddness' single has been premiered by Under The Radar NZ: http://bit.ly/2BGsIAC.. International tastemakers have also praised the release:

Tom grew up in NZ beginning with pots and pans, mouth noises and imitating things sometime before starting school. At age 14 he was experimenting on the guitar, gigging and had developed a colourful beat boxing language. With a daily mantra of mouth percussion poly rhythms Tom was drawn to the syncopation of Jazz and Latin Jazz which now colours his idiosyncratic songwriting. After completing a BA in Jazz Bass performance and fronting a reggae group Tom moved to Melbourne. Tom's recent band 'Catch Release' Landed in the Top 3 of AMRAP’s Charts with their Soul-Folk E.P. Achieving national radio the release was described by Tone Deaf as “masterful”.
